Denise Richards is hunting for a bigger home so her ailing mother can move in with her. The actress' mother, Joni, is battling cancer and now the former "Bond" girl wants to invite her parents to live with her and her two daughters. Richards tells In Touch magazine, "I have decided to move to a larger and more secure home so my parents can move in with me, and my mother can be closer to her treatment center." The actress' mother, 53, was diagnosed with kidney cancer three-and-a-half years ago, but her condition has worsened in recent months.
Richards adds, "Helping my mother battle cancer is one of the hardest things I've had to do in my life. Her health and well-being are my main concern right now." The star has put her Hidden Hills, Calif., home on the market, and her parents have moved to Los Angeles from San Diego to help Richards house hunt.

PAPARAZZI LAWSUIT AGAINST PAMELA ANDERSON AND GAL-PAL DENISE RICHARDS

Celebrity pals Denise Richards (left) and Pamela Anderson have been named in a lawsuit filed by two photographers, who claim the actresses verbally and physically abused them. In a lawsuit, filed Thursday in Los Angeles, photographers Scott Cosman and Rik Fedyck allege Richards raged when she spotted them taking snapshots of her on the set of her upcoming movie "Blonde & Blonder" last year. According to the lawsuit, which was obtained by TMZ.com , Richards spent 20 minutes hurling abuse at the two men and physically assaulted them at the River Rock Casino Resort in Vancouver, Canada. The plaintiffs claim Richards then "snatched their laptop computers from their hands, and threw them over the (hotel) balcony," adding one of the computers allegedly struck "an elderly woman in a wheelchair." Canadian police investigated the incident and decided it "wasn't in the best public interest to bring criminal charges" against the actress. In the lawsuit, Cosman and Fedyck claim Richards and Anderson, her "Blonde & Blonder" co-star, then falsely told the Royal Canadian Mounted Police that the photographers "had engaged in criminal activity." As a result, they were arrested and held by authorities for "approximately three days." Cosman and Fedyck are suing both women for assault, battery, defamation, false arrest and other charges.

DENISE RICHARDS IN CAR CRASH

Denise Richards was left shaken when her SUV was bashed by a Bentley driver last week. The actress, 36, was helping her 2-year-old daughter Sam out of the vehicle when the scary collision took place. A friend tells Life & Style magazine , "The door of her SUV was ripped off its hinges. Denise could've been killed." A visibly shaken Richards reportedly gave a statement to police at the scene before taking Sam home and calling boyfriend Richie Sambora, who dashed to the actress' home.

Denise said: "My mother has cancer and Richie's father has cancer. It's hard. Thank God Richie and I have each other not only to go through divorce, but to go through both our parents being ill."The 'Blonde and Blonder' star has been helping to raise money for Houston's M.D. Anderson Cancer Center , which is treating both Denise and Richie's parents.When asked about her relationship with Richie, she told People magazine : "You know, I'm really happy. I'm just taking one day at a time in my life."Denise and the Bon Jovi guitarist began dating following her split from husband of four years, Charlie Sheen, and Richie's separation from actress Heather Locklear, who filed for divorce in February 2006. Denise has two daughters, Sam J and Lola Rose, while Richie has one daughter, Ava.

Jon Bon Jovi reportedly hates bandmate Richie Sambora's girlfriend Denise Richards, and wants to ban her from joining the group on tour. Singer Jon is said to be fed up with the 'Wild Girls' actress distracting the guitarist and has made it clear to Richie he prefers it when she is not around. A source told the New York Daily News newspaper: "Jon does not like Denise. She's distracting. There's too much media attention when Denise is around, and Jon thinks she's really annoying and doesn't like when Richie's around her."The final straw came when Denise travelled to Dublin to see the band during their 'Have a Nice Day' tour last year, prompting a media circus. A friend of Denise's told Life and Style Weekly magazine: "Denise loves Milan so it will probably be there." The pal also revealed that the couple do not want a big Hollywood wedding and are only planning to invite around 50 guests, all of which will be just family and close friends.
